The M.S. in Instructional Leadership program is for business professionals who are responsible for training employees. The program is designed to assist you in becoming a moral professional while expanding your influence in teaching, in the workplace, and in your community. The program includes a core of 24 credit hours and a 12-hour cognate area that is designed to address the unique needs of corporate trainers.

You will begin the program with a course that introduces you to current issues in instruction. You will then formulate a professional development plan. Courses and course assignments will help you meet the objectives of your plan. Lastly, you will create a portfolio documenting your professional growth during the program.
